Sales Representative - territory development (Raleigh, NC)

Bright Meridian Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Raleigh region. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around harvest schedules clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
