Sales Representative - territory development (Raleigh, NC)

Rivermark Ember Construction is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on territory development for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Explain our services around permits clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
