Sales Representative - territory development (Pittsburgh, PA)

Fernwood Hollow Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Pittsburgh, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around grower contracts clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
