Sales Representative - territory development (Phoenix, AZ)

Bright Basin Banking Services is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on territory development for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 82 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around loan files clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling loan files. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
