Sales Representative - territory development (Phoenix, AZ)

Foxglove Birch Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Phoenix region. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 176 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around harvest schedules clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling harvest schedules. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
