Sales Representative - territory development (Phoenix, AZ)

Northwind Clear Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Phoenix. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around proof of delivery clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
