Sales Representative - territory development (Phoenix, AZ)

Silverline Vale Staffing is a Phoenix staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 54 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Explain our services around retention clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling retention. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
