Sales Representative - territory development (Phoenix, AZ)

Northwind Wren Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Phoenix with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around landfill records clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling landfill records. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
