Sales Representative - territory development (Phoenix, AZ)

Highbridge West Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Phoenix with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around weigh tickets clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling weigh tickets. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
