Sales Representative - territory development (Omaha, NE)

Nova Fern Facilities looks after properties across the Omaha region, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Explain our services around work orders clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
