Sales Representative - territory development (Oakland, CA)

Bluepeak Juniper Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Oakland. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a large organisation of about 862 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around billing disputes clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
