Sales Representative - territory development (Oakland, CA)

Northwind Juniper Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Oakland. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around client sites clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling client sites. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
