Sales Representative - territory development (Oakland, CA)

Cedar Amber Auto Group is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on territory development for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 832 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around warranty claims clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
