Sales Representative - territory development (Nashville, TN)

Stonegate Thistle Construction is a Nashville contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around project schedules clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling project schedules. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
