Sales Representative - territory development (Nashville, TN)

Cedar Willow Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Nashville. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around policy renewals clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
