Sales Representative - territory development (Nashville, TN)

Clearpath Timber Staffing is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on territory development for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around retention clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling retention. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
