Sales Representative - territory development (Milwaukee, WI)

Nova Hollow Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Milwaukee with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around fleet maintenance clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
