Sales Representative - territory development (Milwaukee, WI)

Nova North Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Milwaukee region, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around timekeeping clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling timekeeping. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
