Sales Representative - territory development (Milwaukee, WI)

Summit Beacon Markets is a Milwaukee retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around store inventory clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling store inventory. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
