Sales Representative - territory development (Miami, FL)

Northwind Cross Facilities is a facilities company in Miami with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would join a large organisation of about 609 people based in Miami. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around work orders clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling work orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
