Sales Representative - territory development (Miami, FL)

Greenridge Amber Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Miami region. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around subcontractor invoices clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling subcontractor invoices. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
