Sales Representative - territory development (Memphis, TN)

Nova Oak Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Memphis serving households and small businesses, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Explain our services around branch operations clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling branch operations. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
