Sales Representative - territory development (Madison, WI)

Nova Umber Farms is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on territory development for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 283 people based in Madison. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around cold storage clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling cold storage. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
