Sales Representative - territory development (Louisville, KY)

Lumen West Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Louisville, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would join a large organisation of about 842 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Explain our services around packing house output clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling packing house output. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
