Sales Representative - territory development (Little Rock, AR)

Stonegate Lakeside Facilities is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on territory development for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around work orders clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling work orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
