Sales Representative - territory development (Kansas City, MO)

Summit Juniper Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Kansas City presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around exhibitions clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling exhibitions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
