Sales Representative - territory development (Jacksonville, FL)

Northwind Glen Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Jacksonville plant. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around customer specifications clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling customer specifications. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
