Sales Representative - territory development (Indianapolis, IN)

Redstone Juniper Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Indianapolis, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around cold storage clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling cold storage. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
