Sales Representative - territory development (Indianapolis, IN)

Highbridge Vista Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Indianapolis plant, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around production lines clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
