Sales Representative - territory development (Houston, TX)

Harborlight Nest Manufacturing is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on territory development for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Houston. What you will do • Explain our services around machine downtime clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling machine downtime. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
