Sales Representative - territory development (Houston, TX)

Summit Loom Insurance Partners sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Houston. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 134 people based in Houston. What you will do • Explain our services around claims clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling claims. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
