Sales Representative - territory development (Honolulu, HI)

Westbrook Mill Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Honolulu. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Explain our services around cold storage clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling cold storage. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
