Sales Representative - territory development (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Umber Banking Services and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be territory development. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around loan files clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling loan files. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
