Sales Representative - territory development (Honolulu, HI)

Clearpath Ridge Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Honolulu region. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 157 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around change orders clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling change orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
