Sales Representative - territory development (Grand Rapids, MI)

Northwind Loom Insurance is an insurance company in Grand Rapids with claims and service teams, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around claims clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling claims. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
