Sales Representative - territory development (El Paso, TX)

Clearpath West Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the El Paso region, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around service connections clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling service connections. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
