Sales Representative - territory development (El Paso, TX)

Silverline Iron Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in El Paso, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would join a large organisation of about 337 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around claims clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
