Sales Representative - territory development (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Orchard Environmental Services and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be territory development. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Explain our services around service complaints clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling service complaints. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
