Sales Representative - territory development (El Paso, TX)

Bright Field Manufacturing Group makes precision components in El Paso. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around scrap and rework clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling scrap and rework. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
