Sales Representative - territory development (El Paso, TX)

Foxglove Wilder Insurance Group is an insurance company in El Paso with claims and service teams, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around catastrophe response clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
