Sales Representative - territory development (El Paso, TX)

Redstone Umber Hospitality Partners operates hotels and event venues around El Paso, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around housekeeping schedules clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling housekeeping schedules. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
