Sales Representative - territory development (El Paso, TX)

Summit Drift Banking Services is a community-focused bank in El Paso serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around loan files clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling loan files. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
