Sales Representative - territory development (Detroit, MI)

Amberfield Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Detroit serving households and small businesses, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around loan files clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling loan files. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
