Sales Representative - territory development (Detroit, MI)

Greenridge Wilder Insurance Group is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on territory development for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around underwriting files clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling underwriting files. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
