Sales Representative - territory development (Detroit, MI)

Cedar Oak Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Detroit. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Explain our services around customer sites clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
