Sales Representative - territory development (Detroit, MI)

Ironwood Umber Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Detroit, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Explain our services around cleaning schedules clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling cleaning schedules. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
