Sales Representative - territory development (Des Moines, IA)

Stonegate Summit Insurance Group is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on territory development for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around customer complaints clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
