Sales Representative - territory development (Des Moines, IA)

Ironwood Maple Auto Group is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on territory development for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around vehicle inspections clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
