Sales Representative - territory development (Des Moines, IA)

Fernwood Bright Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Des Moines, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around online orders clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling online orders. • An existing network in the region.
