Sales Representative - territory development (Des Moines, IA)

Stonegate Willow Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Des Moines region. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around materials orders clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling materials orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
